imo it is not easy to take pics of urself in the mirror

especially with an iphone 3gs

dont just mention the present tense things, keep in mind:


he THOUGHT his arms were a legit 17''
he THOUGHT he had gained 20-30 lbs of muscle


now he realizes hes still not even close to under 10 bodyfat and hes gained a net of 10 lbs over 2-3 years. his arms are still fat and at 16'' now as well
