Hello, Raynor!

I wonder if Whey protein powder is better than a Gainer Pro.

My friend starting using something called Gainer Pro, and he says you need those calories and shit to recover better :O

We both just want to get much mass / muscles for looks, and I want to know why Gainer Pro would be better.

Because I don't really believe it xD

Thanks in advance!

Appreciate it Raynor.

Hitting the gym this afternoon with this program.

YMCA, here I come.

Btw, I wanted to know, what do you think about swimming and plyometrics as for cardio workouts?

Hey there.

Generally gainers are better suited for people looking to put on a lot of mass and who tend to be thin or skinny. For bulking I use cytogainer....which is an excellent product for gains

Both are excellent. Swimming is probably the single greatest exercise a person can do for overall health including cardiovascular, muscular, flexibility, etc.

Okey ^^

Well, I'm quite skinny, I'm just 61kg and 175cm.

So, a Gainer would do better for me?

What that Gainer is -

Per 100 gr
Calories: 382 kcal
Protein: 24 g
Carbs: 67 g
Fat: 2 g

Or continue using Whey after workout?

It's about 30 gr protein I get with that after workout.

Note - Just takinĀ“ after workout!

Well, I want diet suggestion.... just want to get muscle mass on me, just for looks!

Just to make sure, this is how i should be doing it in the program you gave me?

Thirdly, don't count reps when you are doing breakdowns and failure sets....the goal is muscular failure...and when you count reps you shortchange your potential. Just simply do as many reps as you can with a specific % of weight. Example, for set 1, you WILL count reps because its a warmup (usually 30% of max vs 15 reps). After that, set 2 should be close to 80% of max for as many reps until failure, then take 20% off and keep going, then another 20% off of that and so forth until you get all the way back down to virtually what you started with.

Let's say i curl 100lbs (100%) (i dont lol)

1st set : 15 x 30 lbs (warm up set)

12-15second rest

2nd set : 80lbs x max rep until failure

12-15second rest

3rd set : drop 20% (80lbs-20%) and do max untill failure

12-15second rest

4th set : drop another 20% (80lbs-20%-20%) and do max until failure

12-15second rest

5th set : drop another 20% (80lbs-20%-20%-20%) and do max until failure (should be around 30lbs, my warmup set)

And im done with the this exercise A?

Use the gainer...150-200g servings at a time. Mix with water PWO, milk any time other than that. Add Fruit to the shake as well as creatine monohydrate
