Hi Raynor.

Hitting the gym as of this week.

Actual informations :
6'2"
210lbs
25-30% (i think)

Objectives :
180-185lbs

I' sure that by doing the right work-out while eating right, everything is achievable. Giving myself 6 months to lose the weight (if possible).

Hit me up with a nice program of yours! Was looking for a 2 day workout that i'd do 3 times a week or something like that.
Also, link me the posts where you talk about nutrition.

Let me know what you think! Talk to you later!

I am in dire need of some workout/diet advice or program and can't find one online that doesn't charge me out the ass. If you could message me when your inbox is avaliable or I could shoot you my email that would be great.

just provide me your height/weight/bf%/goals/medical conditions and I will give you a link to a pre-made plan that will suit your needs perfectly.

Doing anything on a regular basis can help you.
It's common sense what you should avoid eating/drinking.

You don't really need a rigorous workout plan to get fit as long as you are pushing yourself in your workouts

Works your triceps a lot more than regular grip bench...also would assume that it works different parts of your chest, couldn't say ~30% more tho

Hey raynor.  I am quite concerned.  I tested myself for keto tonight and I had no traces of it in my body.  The only thing that could have changed was that I ate some swiss steak today which I thought equaled out to about 10- 15 carbs but I couldn't have had more than 25 the whole day.  I started taking my casein.  I took a couple pain meds the other day.  any of these mean anything?

my carb up day was last Wednesday. I am concerned.  I haven't been losing much weight in the past week either.

thanks alot

Hey there.

A lot of things can throw you out of keto. Please provide me your last few days diet...all the foods to the exact measure.

I will let you know asap. Also how long after carb day did you keto test yourself?

so theres a post in this thread somewhere about a routine for developing an athlete... had some stuff with sled pulls, plyometrics, etc
was really hoping someone could dig for the post or raynor could just chunk some knowledge

ive been doing jumping, sets where i jump as high as i can from different positions
also alot of medicine ball work: slams, underhand to the sky, basketball pass to the sky, one handed to the sky, side throws

just wondering if you knew of some stuff

thinking about bear crawls, high knees, jump roping etc

Circuit Stations

that is a really good thing to follow for overall athletics.

I recommend you add in the exercises you want, such as bear crawls, high jumps, fast knees, sled, etc.

This can be accomplished just using yourself, and the results will be very worth it. You can greatly improve your speed and endurance in a short period of time doing this 3x per week for around an hour each time.

I tested myself yesterday. So it has been exactly 4 days and I tested myself today to check again. So 5 also.. My diet remains the same every day except yesterday.

Meal 1. 4 eggs + 1 oz of cheese
Meal 2: 6 oz of chicken with salad. Olive Oil + vinegar for dressing
Meal 3: PWO shake with 2 tbsp heavy cream in water
Meal 4: Can of tuna + 2 tbsp of chipotle mayo(Here could be a problem. It says it has 0 carbs but it also seems to have sugars in the ingredients but reads 0 carbs) + 2 oz of cheese and a stalk of celery
Meal 5: 6 oz of ground beef with shredded romano cheese. Stalk of celery.
Meal 6: Scoop of Cytosport Casein in water.

The only thing that I can find that is of concerned is the mayo and I drink a FUCKTON of 0 carb/ cal/ like everything lemonade. So my citric acid is probably through the roof. I also drink alot of water too.
Yesterday tho, I ate swiss steak. It is just ground beef basically but it has a sauce. I calculated the sauce out to be around 5 carbs for each piece. I scraped off as much as I could so I was hoping after eating only 2 pieces that I wasn't going over 10.

I am so pissed right now. I am afraid that it is the citric acid and the mass amounts I have had of it. I haven't lost and weight since last wednesday and didn't even get back doing to 231 like I was pre-carb up day. So, I figure that I have been out of keto since then.

I am just ridiculously pissed that I wasted my time eating this stuff and forcing my schedule around eating all the time but I was not in keto and had no idea for who knows how long. I threw the lemonade in the trash.

Please help Raynor :(

would it be stupid for me to eat like 2lbs of pasta /w mince meat sauce in one meal? like 60% pasta 40% sauce. some ppl say i could get constipated but my mum says that shouldnt happen since its got a lot of water in it so it wont get dry and get me constipated but i guess im no expert.

so is there any con's about eating that much in one sitting?

Well, generally 2 lbs of food in one sitting can be excessive unless you are already of significant body mass for that nutrition to play a vital role. However will it hurt you? Absolutely not. If you can stomach all that food, and you are a hardgainer, go for it. The more nutrition the better for a hardgainer. Just make sure to keep eating throughout the day...every 3 hours you must eat and have at least 30-40g protein to maintain metabolism and amino acid distribution.

hey there.

It looks to me like the lemonade definitely threw you out of keto. The carbs on a daily basis look good...the mayo i wouldn't be too afraid of, but then again I don't mess with any mayo like that. I only use hellmans 100% natural mayo with no sugar or HFCS in it. It has a TRUE 0 carbs.

Besides that everything looks good. I would take a good week or 10 days from today to get back into keto...so no carb day right away.
