I am eating 5000 cals a day yes, I didnt jump straight into it I have slowly been increasing cals since feb. I started at 3000 a day for 1 month and increased it by 500 every month and now I am at 5000. I plan on staying at 5000 now for the rest of the bulk unless gains stop and I will increase again. I have been on 5000 cals since start of june, but I was on 4500 throughout may etc. I am suprised I havent gained more fat, because I was prepared to get a little chubby.
I do zero cardio, but my job is quite active. I train 4 days a week.
I am 5'9 foot , dont know weight but its must be around 180ish now.
Have you counted your cals or 5k is an approx?
