Not really dangerous. If you notice your airway through your nose becoming obstructed and eventually not working all together, you should probably get an adenoidectomy (removal of the adenoids). If it bothers you, get it fixed. If it isn't doing anything that you can notice, leave it alone.
The disorder itself is not life threatening or dangerous.
Test report said I had 3 mm btw adenoid and solf palate ( not sure about the word lol).
My osteoma was 10mm by 11mm but wasn't interfering with sinus cavity or barely.
I guess I have trouble breathing because of my adenoid
Thank you for information, gotta see urologist tomorrow morning, so I guess he will tell me what will happen.
