it is infact very legit, im 20-25lbs overweight at 183lbs and 5'10, so what im saying is i will post a pic in a while once my bf% is lowered.
i went from 168lbs to my current weight in a month, some of this is bound to be fat, but i had definitely filled out with hard muscle.
just give me abit of time to get rid of this shit and ill post some, obviously i dont want to look like crap even no im likely to get trolled no matter what i look like.
anyway alot of people have given you far too much time, and your still fucking fat. sexyjebus is looking ok but seems to be a VERY hardgainer.

the fact is. he has no idea what i have put on, even if he saw pic he wouldnt know.
and i havent put anymore weight on in 4months suggests it was noobie gains, not that i know either maybe ill retract that hard muscle statement.
what it boils down to is i look better than boxa( i mean who doesnt?), and after i cut ill look better than jebus.
and asking jebus if he curls 5lb was insightful, he has probably more experience than me in lifting and so is probably stronger.
boxa has been trying to get a half respectable body for quite some time with no success.
