Hi Raynor.

What is your opinion on green tea?
Health benifits? Bad points?

Would you recommend it as a weight loss suppliment?

Great stuff.

Antioxidant, good caffeine, metabolic increases - overall a great thing for health - enjoy!

The difference between burning fat from having a great diet and from cardio, how does it work exactly?

It's the same thing...

you need both to succeed in having good fat loss.

When you diet, you are essentially reducing the number of calories you consume a day to encourage fat loss. You can also manipulate your macros to give your body the right nutrition at the right times to minimize fat gain and maximize fat loss.

Also when exercising, you burn calories by performing that action. It merely increases your body's caloric load and also raises basal metabolism.

I have a bad wrist "compound fracture a few years back, metal rod in it.." and every time I do preacher curls, I can only do low weight because it puts so much strain on my wrist, it almost hits unbarable pain.. I can bring it up easily, but when I go to set it back, thats when the issue comes up... Anything I can do to solve this besides lowering the weights?

have you tried using an E-Z bar instead of the regular straight bar? Also, have you tried different angles/grips?

try to switch up the bar, position of your hands, overall grip/placement, and also try to keep your hands straight and in line with your wrists the whole time - do not bend your wrists so that your palms get closer to your forearms, also do not bend your wrist so that the backs of your hands get close to your forearms either. basically keep your wrists totally straight and wrap them if you have to.

if pain persists, STOP immediately.

The E-Z bar is what brings the most pain o.o, Im going to wrap them up next time, and also try some wrist db curls, see if that helps them at all..

The straight bar "fixed weights on them" at 70 feels like the E-Z bar with 50 on it, and doesnt hurt nearly as much.

I got adenoid hypertrophy, can that be dangerous?

Not really dangerous. If you notice your airway through your nose becoming obstructed and eventually not working all together, you should probably get an adenoidectomy (removal of the adenoids). If it bothers you, get it fixed. If it isn't doing anything that you can notice, leave it alone.

The disorder itself is not life threatening or dangerous.

hmm I see...then the major concern is keeping your wrists PERFECTLY straight.

Maintain a good shoulders width grip, keep those wrists TOTALLY in-line with your arms...They should be 100% in line, not bent at all during the entire curl. Focus on this and keep them wrapped. Let me know how it works out.

Dumbbell pullovers are extremely important for you.

You need to keep the weigh low on most everything and focus hard on getting a good pump. However, you need to be doing 10 sets of medium weight DB pullovers twice or three times a week without fail. This will help out considerably.

There is noticable leftovers in the waist and chest. Good job on the epic cutting. However, now you must build muscle in those areas to promote skin elasticity and tightness.

I highly recommend sticking to a good  routine such as this one:

Keep up the good work though, when you build sufficient support muscle you will look awesome!

I think I have some loose skin near the lower abs due to cutting from 232 to 139 in a somewhat short period of time.

yes, please do show a picture. I have no idea how you feel that you are fat. There is a possibility that you just severely lack muscle and thus need to gain a lot of good solid mass to start looking the way you want to. Don't let resting skin disguise itself as being overly fat. At your height and weight you are most certainly NOT fat. You need to be around 180 @ 8% body fat at your height to look lean and muscular

So I should go with the 4 supplements you listed or should I add in creatine and stuff?

1. Cytosport Cytogainer (get rid of that myofusion and drink 2 of these a day, one in the morning and one post workout)
2. NOW! Adam (take 1 tablet twice a day)
3. NOW! Digestive Enzymes (take 1 with every meal)
4. NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 (take 2 softgels, 3 times a day, with meals)

being 5"10 // 139-140ish
