Going to be making a order here soon at BB and could you tell me what I would NEED? I've already read through the supplement guide but some of those seem like you can buy em if you want, but don't need em. So far I've compiled..

Primary goals is to cut weight and put on lean muscle. Currently 5"10 139 Pounds.

NOW Adam Multi-vitamin
Gaspari Myofusion whey protein

Thanks

question - am 5'10/140 (obv scrawn make fun if u want)

looking to gain around 20-25 pounds in the next year or so and my question is, would running/jogging be bad for me right now? as in would it stop me from gaining weight etc

I would avoid doing any extended cardio. If you want to run some basic sprints a few times a day that is fine as it helps build leg muscle. But long distance running...any more than a mile a day, really starts to wear down the body and encourage weight loss.

Alright. I forgot to add I eat 6 turkey sausages for breakfast, totaling 27g of protein. And I suppose I can invest in casein protein.

And yea, I'm trying my best to balance that with good carbs and good fats.

okay, well in that case, get with the casein before bed and you should be in order with your macros appropriately. Remember to keep that protein at around 200g/ day or above.

First of all...CUT WEIGHT? at 139 lbs 5'10? You do not need to CUT weight...you need to build lean mass.

You need the following supplements...

1. Cytosport Cytogainer (get rid of that myofusion and drink 2 of these a day, one in the morning and one post workout)
2. NOW! Adam (take 1 tablet twice a day)
3. NOW! Digestive Enzymes (take 1 with every meal)
4. NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 (take 2 softgels, 3 times a day, with meals)

lay out in the sun in your driveway for 20 minutes on your front, and 20 minutes on your back 4 times a week in direct sunlight.

Sounds stupid, but it works masterfully without exposing yourself to too much sun and won't cause you terrible skin damage.

If 20 minutes doesn't seem to be working after a week, up it to 30 minutes on each side, but no more than that

Yeah at my height and weight I still see myself as fat. Would a picture better help possibly? To readjust the supplements if necessary?

yes, please do show a picture. I have no idea how you feel that you are fat. There is a possibility that you just severely lack muscle and thus need to gain a lot of good solid mass to start looking the way you want to. Don't let resting skin disguise itself as being overly fat. At your height and weight you are most certainly NOT fat. You need to be around 180 @ 8% body fat at your height to look lean and muscular
