When you are in ketosis you release excess ketones through your urine. This is how you tell if you are in ketosis. You want to be in "mild to moderate" ketosis...any more than that is bad.

Great. I was right on Target then. I was the middle one. Thanks alot raynor!

Hey i have an interesting topic in mind.. Since i will be moving out of my parents house this summer i was wondering how would a perfect kitchen for long term health/bodybuilding should look like? From A to Z all the equipment needed.. Basically everything that you should have in the kitchen.. If you are up for this and have some brilliant thoughts i would very appreciate :)

you aren't supposed to weigh yourself every day as I mentioned before.

Weight in ONCE per week on the same scale on the same day under the same conditions (IE: Monday morning after taking a piss wearing boxer shorts on the same bathroom scale as always).

weight fluctuates, but monitoring on a weekly basis is more accurate. To be even more sure, you can count your calories again and keep a food log to make sure you are doing everything properly.

This is a great question.

To make the perfect kitchen for preparing meals as a bodybuilding or even for long term health/fitness one would require the following:

1. Full Sized Refrigerator w/ freezer (obviously)
2. Electric or Gas Range w/ 4 heating elements.
3. Microwave (mostly for quick re-heats)
4. Toaster Oven
5. 4 slot toaster
6. High Speed High Power blender
7. Flat Surface Electric Griddle
8. George Foreman Grill
9. 3 Frying Pans (small, medium, large) - try to avoid teflon coated (this MAY cause health problems long term) - greenpan is a decent solution.
10. 3 Sauce Pots (small, medium, large) - go with stainless here
11. 1 large cooking pot - go stainless here
12. 1 large wok - try to avoid teflon and get a ceramic coated one instead
13. 1 large steamer (you can either buy the 2-pot steamer, or the independent electric steamer, either way doesn't matter)
14. 3 colanders/strainers (one small, one medium, one large)
15. 1 good set of kitchen knives
16. 1 good set of silverware (at least 4 sets of teaspoon, tablespoon, salad fork, dinner fork, butter knife, steak knife)
17. Bamboo kitchen utensil set (6-12 pieces, must have at least 3 large spoons, 1 large spatula, 1 large tongs, and 1 large scooper/ladle)
18. 2-4 pieces of plastic or teflon coated flat spatulas (thin) - (dont worry about teflon here, its only a concern when you apply constant heat to teflon)
19. 1 can opener (manual preferably)
20. 1 corkscrew (never know when you'll need wine for company)
21. 1 cooking utensil caddy (holds large cooking utensils that are covered in food/sauce to avoid it getting on your countertops)
22. A large variety of kitchen towels
23. A large variety of airtight containers and bags
24. A full spice rack with every possibly spice you can think of - as well as a large package of Stevia sweetener
25. Dinner plates, side plates, large bowls, small bowls, salad bowls, etc. (just get a huge set of dishes basically)
26. 3 mixing bowls (stainless steel - small, medium, and large)
27. 1 cheese grater
28. 1 juicer (this is optional but comes in handy)
29. large selection of ziplock bags, saran wrap, aluminum foil, wax paper, etc.
30. Misc. (placemats, napkins, soap, dishwasher/dishwashing liquid, large 5 gal water dispenser, etc)

I probably went overboard on that, but that is a very complete list of everything you'd need....

but just don't forget the FOOD!

I try to only weigh in once a week but I get excited haha. I am on the same keto plan you gave before with a few changed meals every once in a while

a lot. You need at least 6 hours of sleep a night to at least see ample repairs and metabolic adjustments. 8-9 hours is really the best however.

One day won't hurt you, but if you make a habit of it, it will.

Do you think the video in http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=51875200&f=60 is a good weekly workout for day to day life?
