In my opinion for form, you should slow down your descent it looks like you speed down and have to work hard to stop yourself to go back up. Obviously you will have to at some point stop to reverse the downward force, but it can be a lot easier if the weight is under control. Also really focus on using your hips to descend you can imagine like you are sitting on the toilet. May sound silly but is beneficial. Too hard to see where the pressure is in your feet and other things. and you don't want to change to many things at once either.
