but is canola oil unhealthy in anyway?

ehh...it isn't the best thing for you (for long term health). I would stick to olive oil or butter to be quite honest.

Vegetable oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, or avocado oil are all better choices than butter or canola oil.

I would advise butter instead.

Buttery eggs are amazing in my opinion.

I was always under the assumption that butter wasn't good xD
Time to start cooking my eggs in butter again I guess :P

Btw, I do have a training related question.
On my current split (Mon: Chest, Tues: back, wed: rest, Thurs: bis/tris, Fri: legs/shoulders), I'm doing weighted dips (closer grip/elbows close to body) on arm day, would it hurt or be beneficial to also put them on chest day, but with a different grip in order to hit the chest harder?

organic or regular butter doesn't change the nutrient breakdown. Organic is better than regular butter from the hormone/antibiotic perspective however.

butter is definitely okay to eat - it isn't nearly as bad as people have made it out to be over the years. I wouldn't recommend over consumption of it because of the total fat breakdown (sat vs unsat and poly vs mono) but overall it's not bad and won't hurt you whatsoever. The taste is also amazing.
