Once I'm done with these 2 comps, I'll need to "re-adjust" what my weaknesses really are, I guess I never thought that sometimes a weakness will become a strength wen you put the work/dedication into it!

been on protien for around 3 weeks , training for a few months

tips to work on are appreciated!

thanks bro, its only just begun :D

I started out with a A/B splits or 2 on 1 off. I really liked it but the workouts would take ~2hrs and left me with no time for pwo cardio.

So I switched to a 5 day training where I would hit muscles 2x a week
