Imo you're gonna have to put an emphasis on your arms for next year. Abs/chest looking swole.

eh its the pic, I need OVERALL work but focus in the offseason is going to b...

From most important to least

Chest
calves
shoulders
abs
traps
quads
forearms

Arms, are really the LEAST thing next to lats. Its deff jst the pic + angle

P.S. This is like 20min after CHEST W/O ... I rlly dont have a pump b/c frankly I CANT pump up b/c no carbs, but the muscles are deff warm

I'm not basing it on that picture, but the cumulative of all the others. Calves, hamstrings, arms, back and traps are what I think need most work imo. Because they're usually what makes the difference on stage.

I think its safe to say I need to work on overall everything :D

but offseason, I want to get my strength up

Ya of course :P

But your chest is coming out nicely, quads are getting there too, abs too, etc.
