Hey there,

I got a month to get ready for a cruise and i wanted your input on my plan to get lean and show of the abs which are hiding behind all the booze conusmption.

Um as far as protein goes I looked at Metabolic Low-Carb Drive 50/50 Casein/whey.

For a diet im looking at low carb diet with higher than usual protein intake.

I'm currently 210 6'3 and have been fit all my life just need that extra step.

As far as my workouts go im looking at doing high reps and plenty of conditioning and aerobic excercises.

Any input would be appreciated it, thanks.

Hey raynor, after drinking about 12 cup - 15 cups of milk /day for 3 weeks, i SEEM to notice that my skin got healthier, and looks better. My girlfriend even tells me its feels better to touch too. My milk is vitamin E enriched, so could that have something to do with it? Or does milk has this natural beneficial property?

There are many reasons for this. It could be the extra vitamins from the milk, it could be the increase nutrition now aiding your body in properly repairing itself. It could even be the hormones in the milk (not necessarily a good thing but there are arguments about this).

Either way, it's working out nicely for you, so keep it up!

the diet im doing , im not getting enough calories when i workout what are some good and variety of low or no carb foods i can snack on after working out or after i dont plan to be very active ? or what are some foods that i can get calories from that are good in protein low carb medium fat

not the following :
eggs
fish
meat

i already eat those looking for others thanks

was going to start working out again and just wanted some advice on some stuff

my schedule for one, I was going to do this

mon: legs/shoulders/triceps/abs
tue: cardio
wed: pecs/biceps
thu: cardio
fri: back/traps/abs
sat: cardio
sun: rest

I want a schedule with losing weight and building muscle at the same time
I also was going to take GNC's 100% whey protein
taking that should I only take it after working the muscles?
or should I also take it after cardio too?
also what are the foods I should be eating for breakfast and dinner for a schedule like this?

and i was wondering if there was another way i could lose weight/fat while keeping muscle (besides keto)

could u give me some examples? Im just wondering , because id like to try dif methods

BUT, most importantly , i miss carbs and other foods , Let me know pls

So far I've seen progress in every part of my body and my least improved part of my body is definitely my chest.

Can you give me a split to isolate just the chest and get it up to par with the rest of my body?
