Just ate as clean as possible for the most part...chicken, steak, beans, whole wheat pasta etc. No keto bs or any low carb diets. I have a pretty fast metabolism and started with around 7% bf and I'm now closer to 6% after gaining the 15lbs.

Also taking whey and creatine along with a multi and fish oil.

Do you do any running in the morning on your off days? I really want to start running in the morning but I'm afraid that it will ruin any progress I've made. I love running =(

I really didn't run that much. Maybe 5x of HIIT after my workouts in the span of 6 months. If you do plan on running just make sure you eat more to make up for cals your burning. Running is a great way to keep your bf low especially if you don't have a super fast metabolism.

When I come back from vacation I'll probably do 3-4x a week of lifting and 1 day a week of running just so I can try to get closer to 5% bf.

Well, I can just eat the same on my off days then, since running burns calories just like working out.
