Just ate as clean as possible for the most part...chicken, steak, beans, whole wheat pasta etc. No keto bs or any low carb diets. I have a pretty fast metabolism and started with around 7% bf and I'm now closer to 6% after gaining the 15lbs.
Also taking whey and creatine along with a multi and fish oil.
