Looks good to start with. Check your progress after 2 weeks. If you are not noticing gains come back to me and I will make adjustments.

Thank you, I will get back with you in 2 weeks. bad thing is, I cant golf now because of snow and ice. I will double the workout days for 2 weeks.

need some help
what does early stage or slight hernia feel like?

i have a slight discomfort in my right pelvis crack and i dont know if i have a hernia or not

been doing full squats i try good form and just today i was playing with my dog and jerked myself quickly and now my pelvis side is hurting

i tried to move my fingers around my pelvis around and did not find ANY lumps (good sign?)
also what should i do now with my workout, lessen my weight? or take a break

Lumps do NOT make or break the discovery of a hernia. If it's reduced, it will have pain, but be recessed so far that you can not feel it. However, from heavy squats there is usually a lot of pressure on the pelvis and thus you can find yourself sore in areas you were not used to being sore before - such as the outer sections of the pelvis.

My advise is simple - let it be for a few days and see if it improves (DO NOT DO ANY LEG OR DEADLIFT EXERCISES). If the pain goes away, you are good to go.

If it does not, see your doctor for a more complete examination.

Insert miraculous brand name here. oh but i swear on advil, the fuck is this ibuprofen shit, nahnah that ones superior, READ THE INGREDIENTS! IBUPROFEN, IBUPROFEN THEY ARE THE SAME GOD DAMN THING. Advil is more expensive therefore it must be better right, reassure me, I cannot think for myself.

For real though, a good one is ON (optimum nutrition) gold standard whey, it is a complete protein (with 9 essential amino acids) and most flavors taste great

edit: lol my bad raynor i zoned out and forgot i was in your thread

Any advice on what supplements or food would speed up recovery from a fever and cold? Ugh, I forgot how bad it feels to be sick (haven't been sick in over 1.5 years).

salmon frozen is better than canned because of the added "junk" used in the canning process including excess sodium and/or preservatives.

As far as the cardio circuit goes...looks good. You can definitely do squats all the time, it only is hard on the knees when you add a lot of weight and lock your knees out or go down too low (ATG)
