195lbs top bulk (200lbs a few days while on creatine)

160lbs now

next bulk... dont plan on going over 180..

Remember tho, my legs are just now defined. So they are still lacking in the size development. But I plan to take care of that soon enough :D

Should add size in a leaner fashion if you're interested in being lean year round rather than cutting and bulking, but that's up to you. Legs are starting to look great. How're the hams?

thats exactly my plan

Jst a few posts ago I said I dont plan on going over 180 & ~10% on my next bulk.

I never wanted to get as "fat" as I was, but I had my goals set on the bodybuilding comp, I wanted to stretch out as far as I cld to get as much mass as possible.

Which I quickly realized isnt the best approach b/c then dieting down you lose muscle mass.

Hams - From side shot I have nice ham hang and they're coming in on my back shots, but again missing the overal THICKNESS.

I gained ~15lbs in the past 6 months and lost bf lol

What was your diet like. I'm thinking maybe just switching to a clean bulk, I don't like not having abs.
