Hey there Johnny. Because of legal reasons I can not help you with this. I am sorry about that, but I really can not afford the possible problems that come with me discussing these matters.

However, I can direct you to a few resources that you can talk to people about the topic.

Anabolicminds.com has a lot of users who are knowledgeable about steroids.

Also before I go any further, let me make it clear that I do not use, do not support the use, and do not recommend the use of steroids to anyone except those in medical need of such substances. The long term and short term negative effects of steroid use is far worse than the positive effects of using them.

hi
how many protein shakes per day should i take at most? or is there no limit?
is eating a bag of rice & veggies and a shake as good as a bag of rice & veggies and chickenbreast?

protein shakes should be taken to account for no more than 3 meals per day assuming that you are eating 3 food meals in addition (3 meals + 3 shakes).

Nutritionally, whole foods are generally better than shakes.

lastly...brown rice sushi is EXCELLENT...a near perfect food. Wasabi is also very good. However, watch the soy sauce! Sodium is not something you want to ingest a lot of.

not sure if you can answer this but id figure id give it a shot

how does someone go about fixing there finger nails after having a very bad habit of biting them over the past years..

I've recently stopped and they're starting to look better but i want to get them back on their cuticles and such.

any suggestions?

hey, you know how you said the amount of eggs you eat doesn't matter, is their any particular article or studies you can link or provide me with that explains the myth about high cholesterol ? my family and friends are skeptical.

alright, in that case. in your opinion. what is the better variety of brown rice sushi fish/fillings i should look for, and about how much/often can i have on a cutting diet?
and how do i plan it in with figuring out the nutritional value?

and i dislike salt. i dont put it on/in anything. and i hate soy sauce because of the salty taste.

Hey man. I'm on the keto diet now. No problems except for the cottage cheese. I cannot eat that shit at all. Is there an zero carb caseins?
