And also..took some pics before i headed out..these pics are in commemoration of graduating :P haha..then i wont be in for a bit so yeah, it's all good..progress i guess..im down to 198 now

ALSO, on these i was bloated..and i had gained a few pounds from just cheating due to graduation, so i was a little more fat than i was..before i had more vascularity especially through the biceps

oh i see..well what made it confusing was the weight was so low when i did go to pounds..i figured by the size you were doing more honestly (srs)

how much weight does it look like i should be doing? lol im only 5'9 but yeah pretty weak. but i guess im mainly lifting to look good not lift heavy, although i'd rather lift heavy and look good XD

@ Balla, Im going to be honest, you look 10x better NOW. I bet it gets to you that ppl say "your so much smaller" but Im willing to bet u feel much more confident w/o a shirt on :P nn dirty bulk!

i agree so much bro lol..look way better and feel better..can run multiple miles without it being a problem now..just gotta keep goin till abs..almost there

and legs are lookin sexy, before you ever cut i thought your legs were really weak compared to the rest but cutting can do a whole lot

And do you think you're gonna maintain a sub 10% BF% after the comp is over?

1wk away (june 11th) & then im doing a natural show 4wks later (july 9th)
Yes, my goal is to remain "lean" after these comps. That way I dont have to cut as much for future comps (next year) and risk losing lean muscle mass.
