2 months apart. both fully pumped. standing under my light for extra definition lol... i havent got much XD

been working out again for 3 months now, after i quit for 2 months. depressing how i keep quitting.

3 months ago i was 136 lbs now im 160lbs

edit: been focusing on my arms and lats this time round. havent been doing deadlifts anymore as well. deadlift has dropped from 260 to 226 lol.

edit: day 1 arms were 13.8 inches cold now they're like 15-15.3 inches cold

Can't see lats on pic 2 because of the pose, but I can see that your triceps got huge!

i do 4 sets of close grip 4 sets of skull crushers then 2 sets of single arm tricep extensions
