:lol: For real though, I was having a little pain in my left hip flexor/hip region. Was really fucking with my hip drive out of the whole, but nonetheless, there is my pr. :)

I figured people would say. Ahhh well. Can always go lower next week :P

But, I am not trying to get ATG by any means. I don't train for that. Parallel is right where I want to be.

Edit: I'd also like to note that criticism is more than welcome. I'm by no means a wizard in any aspect of form etc. So, any info that you brahs can share (even you weaklings :lol: ) is accepted :D

The angle, what you are wearing. makes it too hard to really tell. Although I would of given you the benefit of the doubt on #1 and #3. #2 would be in question but still all very close.

Depth wasn't bad, could be better, but power is still severely lagging.
