I'd say add a bit of tricep on day 1 and a bit of bicep on day 2.

Then add more rest before bi/tri day (aka day 4 = legs, day 5 = bi/tri)

Should be just enough to gain some good mass.

Cabal raises upper chest
Cabals Decline

Back

Pull ups (wide grip)
lat pull downs (cabal thing)
Pull downs machine (not sure how to explain this machine)
DB raises 1 hand
Cabal back Triangle (Sit on ground with cabal and pull close to chest)
Barbell rows
lat pull downs (triangle)
Deadlifts

yaaa it is haha i use to actually even do more then that i barley rest between sets and exercises though i can get it done quick and i dont lose my energyan strenght easily

I'm still lacking shoulder mass and the top head of my tricep as well.

Can't get everything all at once, but I want gz strength and gz mass :(

Wouldnt mind adding another inch or two around my arm.

The biggest i've measured them at was 23" pumped, but I keep loosing bodyfat so now they're a bit under.
