I over work my muscles all the time i do all these exercises 4 chest and back haha but here it is
this is actually not much compared to wut i use to do i use to do alot more but it works for me so thats all i care about as of now
i dont no the names of mostexercises but this is what i call them haha
i go heavy on all sets to hah 4 sets mostly on each and raise the weight each one never go down
Full Chest Workout
FLAT 3
UPPER 4
LOWER 2
flat bench press
Flat DB flys
Decline Bench press OR Weight Dips
Incline Bench press
Incline DB flys
Flat DB bench
Incline DB press
Cabal raises upper chest
Cabals Decline
Back
Pull ups (wide grip)
lat pull downs (cabal thing)
Pull downs machine (not sure how to explain this machine)
DB raises 1 hand
Cabal back Triangle (Sit on ground with cabal and pull close to chest)
Barbell rows
lat pull downs (triangle)
Deadlifts
