Dislocatory emphasis of scapulohumeral rhythm isometric lock disposition, specifically at the first phase of your deadlift's second repetition eccentric contraction.
I would advise caution in your future deadlift sessions in the matter, as this is a doorway to many humerus and sacpula joint pathologies as a result of continuity in this manner of execution, PureOwnage2.

Damn that seemed so accurate that I had to go back in the topic and watch the video once again. But I didn't see anything strange ><

Isometric shoulder blade adduction gave out.
Repercussions may result in damage to subscapularis, infraspinatus, rhomboidis and teres major, while loose and under heavy strain.

Ill try to keep that in mind! Hard to focus on form when pulling that much. I just that practice makes perfect and hopefully ive done enough practicing :p.

Your right though. Honestly, The only real form coaching I've gotten is from YouTube and people on here lmfao.

When eugene comes to town, hes going to nit pick my ass for sure lmao

did i studder?
your back was at near 90 when you started going back up from every single rep, which will keep you at low str development for a long time if you keep squatting like that.

stop wearing the bitch belt, perhaps switch to low-bar and see if you can manage a 45 angle better that way.
go back to parallel squatting until you control your back angles properly, and then resume atg.

wat. did you fail geometry or something...how is his back even close to being 90 degrees ..first you said his back is parallel, then his bakc is 90 degrees

so confused

90 degree angle at the pelvis = Back is parallel to the floor.

Not that this is the place for this video, but that is crazy as fark. I would like to know how many reps he can get from a dead stop each time.
