Shit you look alot bigger there than on your squat vids somehow lol!

Tell your cameraman to film you at a better angle so people can see you're buff.

my profile pic ^^ ive never worked out cept for maybe like....1-2 weeks per year lol but im thinking about starting p90x soon cus i bought it a while back just trying to get everything into gear and make sure i know where to get all the food etc ^^

haha im just focus on the lift not how i look or the angle:D
but ill tell him next time
i still need to take a new back and leg picture haha

You look bigger in your old pictures, but still nice back. If you're a powerlifter then you don't need really big arms, but I was gonna say you could use some mass there.

thats actually what i been struggling with to get bigger is my biceps :(

i got a bi and tri day this is my routine
and nah im not a powerlifter i just workout 4 the fun of it haha :P but i really want bigger and more ripped biceps

mon chest
tue back
wed shoulders
thurs bi , tris , forearms
fri legs
sat rest
sun rest
