i got a bi and tri day this is my routine
and nah im not a powerlifter i just workout 4 the fun of it haha
but i really want bigger and more ripped biceps
mon chest
tue back
wed shoulders
thurs bi , tris , forearms
fri legs
sat rest
sun rest
