Time heals everything, its just a reminder of what I used to be lol. Im sure i'll fill it in anyways eventually haha.

I'm 175-180 lbs bench press probably double what you do deadlift your max for reps of 10

squat your max for reps of 10 and I can run faster than you probably Amateur.

Not to mention your abs suck.
