It doesnt take alot of strength to armbar somebody, or to put them in a triangle..  Just technique.


No I know it's mostly technique but if you have that down then getting stronger would just be a further advantage imo.

Kid really believes that he'll lose his flexabilty.. I tried explaining that he doesnt need to bulk lol. He's weak as FUCK, but an amazing grappler..

He wont get far without doing some strength training, ive been fighting for 9 years and you get to a point where its basicly all or nothing with training.

mma isnt like it was in the 90s, we train 3 hours a day 6 days a week now

having a stronger center/base > having a bit more flexibility which btw could be maintained all the same. ronnie can perform an over split quite easily.
