I discussed this with an MMA fighter.. I suggested he go to the gym with me, he said he is naturally strong, and if he lifts he'll lose his flexability and suck.

Idn I'd rather be able to throw somebody than knock them out.. Better than putting my face by their ball sack.. Thus why I was taking judo and boxing.

Wouldn't being stronger than your opponent help in a fight though?

Well lol, its more about technique and how you use your strength, more than overall strength... Someone burns size that didnt know how to fight would get reamed out by a guy like this kid... But someone burns size that knows what he's doing would obviously mash them with their thumb.

It doesnt take alot of strength to armbar somebody, or to put them in a triangle.. Just technique.
