I'll give props, but vids not loading m9

Will vid 600 maybe, I'm on week 12 now of Calgary barbells program. Peak is 16 or 17. Hopefully I go for it but may settle for 585.

If you look at the program it wanted 3 sets of 5 at rpe 9 but Ioad dropped the last set by 5%. So only two at 500.

Iv always been very cautious with online as I work as a professional.

Is there a way to keep music going on the phone while recording? I I have Bluetooth headphones sitting around somewhere but when I use the video application it cuts the music.

Edit : I'll just google.

Media Monster in the app store may do the trick. Pretty sure it's a paid app, around $1.99 US. I haven't used it but I have heard it works. Also, donno if it works outside of the iphone.

How are you liking the Calgary program? Just curious because I think it's a free program and some folks here may get curious about it. Not me, I'm diving into kettlebells for a month before I get back to str.

It becomes a grind but still enjoyable. For the first eleven weeks your deadlifting 3 times a week and squatting 3 times a week. Benching all 4 days some weeks.

Accessories are mostly rows or vertical / horizontal pulls.

Variations are used like pause, pin, etc.

But it's been great I still look forward to it everyday I do it. Deadlift is flying up squat is doing well, bench is dog shit but that's not because of the program.

sumo style deadlifting is a competition technique to get the "best" outcome to win, ie. the highest number. in training, it forces you to work in a small range of motion at multiple joints, and to do less actual work. not useful in any way except for niche competition performance
