I want to be a nationally ranked natural bodybuilder. I'm getting close to stepping on stage (provided I stop injuring myself ><).
Never taken anything, not even a PH.

Lots of hard and proper training (weights AND cardio) in the gym + knowing/watching my diet + genetics.
Cool thing about being an ecto is that it feels normal to be at a low body fat. Bad thing is once you throw on all the muscle mass, your caloric intake needs to be high as F***, while being proper, to allow growth + always feeling hungry no matter what.

Iso his leanness. Im at like 6-7% bf need to get into the 3-4% range like him which is the hard part lol

And wtf 35 pills a day lol. I know like 15 of them are probably fish oil but what are the others??

Most of my mass comes from strength training, so I'm actually strong--I don't just look it. :D When I do move to hypertrophy training, though, my size gains should be pretty sweet cause of the base I've built up. :)
Some of those big dudes at my gym who you can tell are on gear often times look at me like, "F*** that kid is strong..."

Rest are vitamins and minerals (multi, calcium, zinc, C, E, ECGC, caffeine (4x a week), etc.)
