When I start bulking I'm gonna start an actual strength routine(first one) and will hit 500 within like 1 1/2 months (srs) guaranteed tbh.

I just kinda eat food, lift some weights and drink multiple times a week, work full time, sore as fuark every week from rugby

sucks m9.. all is fair though :D

all I'm gonna be doing this summer (starting clean bulking in june btw)
is going to the gym a lot, making sure to do cardio too ofc.. and making sure my diet is spot on the whole time with ungodly amounts of protein.. and then go the pool a shit ton.. so gym/eat and pool then repeat

I've been slowly putting on weight. Not really trying to do anything. I just count my broteins and eat alot :lol:
