Do you ever sleep? I mean you do triple sessions apparently which is at least 6 hours total with your ridiculous workouts. Then since you clearly make a shit ton you have at least an 8 hour job. Then to make quality food for you to cut is probably another 3 hours of eating, cooking, etc. 17 hours just from that and I imagine you do other shit in your day. Just wondering

actually between the gym, class/work, and food the only thing else I do is sleep.

I also post on here while i'm either eating, doing work, or in class.

Those thick black belts are the best for heavy squats and dead's. At least for me with a previous back injury it definitely helps.

10x5 GVT man, look it up for the advanced GVT workout. Seems short with only 4 actual lifts in a day but I just finished my chest workout and haven't been this dead in a long ass time. Plus, your lifts are guaranteed to go up something like 15% in 6 weeks. Solid
