You're not supposed to barbell row more than you bench unless you butch it like a woman.

So my guess is you butch your barbell rows ALOT, form is way off or you're doing Yates row and don't want to admit it. Either way, I'm right.

And Oak arms > yours by so much...

Seriously. I know you 2 don't like each other, but look at the damn facts. Your arms are way out of proportion, hold alot of fat and all your bicep has is a little peak with nothing to accompany it.

None of the above lol, i might use just a bit of momentum, not even on all the reps though
i mean you act like it's impossible to row more than you bench lol...it might be like that if i was parallel to the floor and pulling to my chest basically opposite of benching but im not im like 45 degree then pulling to waist

also did you not notice the wink and lolol? anyways me and oak do like each other lol

That's a pendlay row.
I'm just doing a bent barbell row, not quite high enough to say a Yates Row or underhand.

Anyways pretty sure even burns has said the bent barbell rows(how im describing) > pendlay rows(how you are) for gaining mass in the back.
