I've actually read a study where whey stimulated the highest MPS post work-out. now does that mean anything? Probably not for a naturally trainee....but it means it's DEFINITELY not inferior to other protein sources.
That whole group is a bro-fest though, and their leader is a supplement pushing idiot.
He was advertising one of his supplements and boasted that it was "clinically proven" to work. So i searched for any studies on the product, and couldn't find any. So i politely asked him if he could produce the studies that he was referring to. He referenced a study from 1987, but I couldn't find it ANYWHERE and neither could he. So he linked me to another site which supposedly had the "evidence" and the link was broken, and then he wouldn't respond anymore..
The dude is a joke, but he sure is making a ton of money off these people.
