Bump

It's springtime.
I'm thinking about Sweater + Shorts
I can roll up the sweater if it gets too hot.

5'7, athetlic, kinda built. Not fat. Handsome.

Thoughts?

dear fashion m8s

I currently live in a desert and my hair is dry as fuark.

currently doing:
cold showers
shampoo x2 a week
condition daily

any other tips you'd guys suggest?
any recommendations for a shampoo or conditioner? or things I should avoid in these products? from what a quick google research says to avoid sulfate in shampoos.

cuz it's fucking hot here, even during winter. usually only 3-5mins

cold showers are refeshing, it helps cool me off before I go to sleep (usually ~1hr before). Also helps wake me up in the morning imo.

Hot showers are bad for hair/skin especially if you are in a dry environment, obv luke warm is ok but I prefer cold.

hmm. what do hot showers do to hair and skins? might switch to cold showers and suffer the chill if it means aesthetic gains

I'm no expert, but you can google "hot vs cold showers" seems to be a decent list of benefits. If you believe them is entirely up to you.

Improved blood circulation
Improved mood
Increased immune strength
Increased testosterone levels
Metabolic advantages
Better breathing

http://www.thehackedmind.com/7-reasons-to-take-cold-showers-and-1-that-really-matters/

but apparently hot showers dry out skin and scalp, further damaging them or making them more susceptible to damage (by hot I mean HOT, not warm).
