that was a year apart. But the timeframe when I lost the weight was 3 months, and it was 20lbs..
I've lost 70 (240)-(170) over 3 years total.
I've been steady @ 168-180 for the past year now.
My genetics blow, but I'd like to bulk someday. I just gain to much weight, even on a clean bulk I feel like I gain a lot of fat.
I have a food scale, I've counted calories, eaten clean. Done it all over the past 4 years. Clearly being short and fat is epic fail.
But at least I'm not a walking chode anymore.
