you have maybe a 15" arm once you lose all that bf.

i've lost 20-25 lbs so far and it's only went down like a bit over a 1/4 of an inch so i doubt it
but also i'm only getting down to 12ish% probably..if i was getting contest shape i'd agree about 15" but for now i'd say around 16" maybe 16 1/4 or so when i get to 12ish
