Y the bar tho. Only non natties use a squat bar, and they use a mono lift with it. I’d recommend going for an Ohio power bar
I always believed that the harder the lift is, the better you’ll get.
Lifting with a longer, heavier bar obviously makes the lift harder.. So, fuck it.
And it’ll be awesome sauce when I’m squatting 700 lbs and theirs no whip “in like 15 years after a decade of Tren abuse”
