did #37 v2 twice, then #32

Then #37v2 a few more times

recommend not doing the full #32 to peak, just the first 2 weeks where you max on week 2, use that as your comp day or your test day

also increase the bench % slightly, its pretty low

noice, think i should run small load to get a feel for the volume or just do intermediate medium load right away?

I’m guessing you have the app if ur talking about loads?

I think the ‘best’ is the 4 day universal program, google will find it. I’m about to go get yucky on a boat

Back up to 4 plates. I actually got 425 after this with probably a deeper drop and it was quite the grinder getting the hips through. Not gonna show my unrack until it’s perfected lol

And damn look at dat fawkn booty
