Okay i need some help tongue.gif

I do all the core lifts, tons of auxiliaries and plenty of other stuff.
I workout/run 5 days a week.
Every week we do sprints, long jogs, foot work, agilities, all kinds of running.

I just need help on my diet..

Im 6' tall.. I weigh 264 exactly, I weighed myself today after working out.
Im a offensive tackle (Junior in high school)

I can lift alot of weight, Im a big guy. I just have a bit of baggage going on.

I have plenty of protein, eggs etc.. I just need to know what to eat, When to eat it and how much.

If you could hook me up with a full diet plan i would be extremely pleased.
Ill convince my dad to fork over some cash so i can get all the stuff i need and start getting ripped.
Oh yeah, Last time i checked my body fat was 22%..

Thanks alot,

I have a rather simple question..

I'm mainly going for getting tone through weight lifting/pushups, etc.. I know a lower weight with higher reps is what to do for that, but what'r good numbers for that. I've learned that 80% of the benefits are in the first set. I usually do 2 or 3 sets of 10 reps. Should I do more reps and less sets or what?

Also, what'r good numbers for more muscle building oriented lifts with the higher weight?

Thanks

I think your doctor was referring to have 1 glass of red wine? Supposivly, red wine makes it so your live longer. And have some drinks every once in awhile won't harm you. It is just when you start have it frequently.

Alcohol, rather then turning into a sugar, when broken down, turns into bad fatty acids. Which is what you don't want to have. Also it contains a lot of calories. So if you have some once in awhile, you will be able to burn it off pretty easy if you workout/do cardio.

And if you have not noticed. SKC, has suspended himself from posting here.

Red wine is good for the antioxidants in the red grape. You get the same benefits from red grape juice, or red grapes, as you do from red wine..in fact, it's better to not drink alcohol (hopefully that's obvious)

i have not been on contrary to jsp saying i was last seen recently...i believe this is because I leave my pc on and my browser auto saves my jsp log-in.
