Hey there.

there are a LOT of ways to prepare chicken...here are some easy ones:

1. Olive oil + garlic pan cooked in a fry pan at medium-high heat

2. Olive oil + kalamata olives + feta cheese + onions cooked in a fry pan at medium-high heat

3. Olive oil + oregano + basil + rosemary + black pepper + garlic powder baked in the oven (top it with some lemon when serving)

4. Sesame Oil + no sugar and low sodium teriyaki + garlic cooked in a wok with veggies

5. Olive Oil + curry + cayenne pepper cooked in either the oven or fry pan

Approximately how much olive oil for these? (frying pan ones)

thank you sir

alright now i got a different question on another topic..

Do you no if there is anything i can take or do to help "reduce" gyno?  i believe the right term is gynecomastia or something lol

anyways i have it (from puberty) started when i was like 15, and still there now that im 18.  I've looked into surgery but ofc thats out of my price range atm.

I also heard that fat loss helps but i figure that jst makes it "look" better and does not actually reduce the "bud" inside the pec/nipple?

hey there.

Here are some solutions for gyno:

1. Overall fat loss - I mean a total fat shredding anabolic cutting diet for a few months until you reach 3-5% BF overall. After this, you can go back on bulking and make sure to keep your test levels high and estrogen levels low (supplementation + diet + strength training will see to this).

2. If the fat loss method doesn't work, move onto direct supplementation method. Taking Anti-Estrogen supplements along with test producing supplements (a good PH like decabolen in this case) as well as a good trib product (NOW! Testojack 200 is pretty decent) should help. In addition you would be continuing the usual strength training program, making sure to lift heavy at least 5 days a week.

3. If both of those above methods still are not working, you should see a doctor and he will most likely prescribe you some testosterone therapy (injections, oral steroids, estrogen blockers, etc). Usually you can see results with that within a few months.

4. If that fails, go back to your doctor and then you will have the surgical option which is the LAST CASE scenario.

I hope this helps!

Ahh.. that sure beats paying $60 for a medium sized container at the health place next to the gym.

definitely! bodybuilding.com is the best place to buy supplements online as far as I'm concerned...also be sure to find a nice 10% off coupon code online before ordering!

as much as necessary to coat the pan as well as the chicken breast...usually about 2-3 tbsp. You won't be consuming all 2-3tbsp though obviously, as most of it will remain with the pan and/or drip off the chicken.

Olive oil is pretty expensive. Could the left over oil be reused? As in, put it in a bowl, and re use it to cook later?

no.

Olive oil is also not really that expensive at the rate by which you would use it.

Maybe $10 a month on olive oil for someone who eats a TON of it such as myself.

Should I take a pwo shake with this meal plan? or my pwo shake is meal 2

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs + 1 oz full fat cheese w/ 1/2 cup green peppers
Meal 2 - 1 zero carb protein shake w/ 3 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 3 - 1 salad with chicken breast and 2 tbsp olive oil + vinegar
Meal 4 - 1 can of tuna + 2 oz full fat cheese + 2-3 tbsp mayo + green veggies (celery, green pepper, etc)
Meal 5 - 6oz ground beef (80/20) with grated romano cheese, 4tbsp tomato sauce, and green veggies
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + either 3tbsp heavy cream or 2tbsp olive oil w/ 8-10 almonds.

with a pwo shake I come up with

220g prots
181g fat
2500ish cals

With taking meal 2 as pwo shake

192g prots
166g fat
2300ish cals
