Sup my dudes, I don't post much anymore, but here's a top single of 455 lbs (PR!) :)
I usually like to do a slight pause at the bottom of my squats, but this was heavy as dick so I didn't. I'll upload a vid of my usual squat form.

Pause before the last rep was possibly the longest pause in the history of all pauses, but gz on the lifts. Looked smooth. Also, gz on the PR @455! :)

fk yes. So my thing with the bands is about the tension and getting the pull from them. If that's the point, did you feel the bands were set tightly enough to give the tension you wanted? When I set bands I tend to set them more taught or w/e the fk the word is. That way I'm pulling against them more before the top of the movement on a DL. But for me that's usually awkward, b/c then you generally set the bands through a peg behind the bar, which can fk up the bar path. Shorter, more vertical bands then become the solution.

Probably need to set them tighter tbh, first time trying them. The platforms do have band pegs so ill use them next time, the pegs are behind and in front of the bar, so it wont pull it forward or backwards

Why do you think that? I troll the basketball section fairly consistently. In H&F, I just try to offer support and share my experiences. I also ask for help if I need it.

I love basketball, but I like to stir people to think and reflect, and trolling is sometimes a good way to do that. Plus it gets people going. I don't do that to cause problems, I do it to add a little spice to things. But in H&F, I don't troll because if someone is asking for advice in H&F, bad advice could cause injury. If someone is pouring his heart out about needing to lose weight or whatever, I think support is the only answer.

You think there was any tension in the bands excusemem8 was using?
