lol well I never read too much of it because of the fact is jst sounds idiotic
but my point was something the lines of a higher deficit for a much shorter period of time.
rather than your traditional 10-20% deficit and diet for a couple months.

nice progress m8

curious to your approach on "mini cuts" (if there shld be such a thing)
since I dont plan on competing until summer of 2014... this leaves a lot of room for bulking.  But I dnt want to stray too far away from contest weight.
Therefor cutting cycles are necessary, but hopefully as little as possible because that will be time taken away from lbm gainzz, and the obv.  "fast as possible"

What's your take on Lyles RFL diet?  Should my "mini" be done as a regular deficit as if I was starting prep?  (this is best for maintaining muscle etc, but not sure if optimal for a few bf% drop)

lmk m8

I'm not an idiot
read it I said it sounds idiotic, not "oh let me go do it" lol

I remember trololol said he ran it too, and I made fun of him for it.

I only stated it as a point of reference.

As a general note to the above conversation, I would like to point out the simple fact that the body acts in an absolute majority of all cases at a chronic reactive phase.
It is only acute during spasmodic reactions which last no longer than a few miliseconds to a mere few hours. Diets which take far longer, do not belong in this category.

Increasing the catabolic gradient further, beyond the necessary boundaries (Save the extremely obese cases), would be both a homeostatic impediment and a greater time consumer spent in the 'undersirable' deficit.

Woah Oak, I wasn't being a dick. Was just the lulz and sharing my personal experience with it :D

For real, you think I'm joking but it becomes a hassle to do the most mundane things. Stand up, walk to classes. Etc etc.

Also, eating nothing but protein sources 24/7 makes for a nice mental beatdown.

The only reason I liked it is that when you come off of it, carbs are the best thing in the world
