Jason is not normal ofcourse, but he has hidden his disabilities before. In one interview, he said he has "... like 1% of autism, barely noticable. Right mom?" So the inside joke is when he does something completely retarded or falls for some trolls for the 100th time is, people talk about his behaviour like barely noticable autism.

There are million little quotes from this guy who are all based on his reactions or perceptions and are worded a bit wrong, which make them even more fun. You have to be deep inside the ments to realize this.
