Been lifting weights consistently for 8 years. Summer 2008 to present day. With the exception of one year where I quit training all together (september 2012-september 2013)
Been eating well since the end of 2013.
When I say well I mean counting calories, good macro division etc... always eat junk but 80-90% of the time eat clean. that's probably better than 99.99% of the population.
Don't know why it should surprise anyone that I look nearly competition ready. People have looked better after half the time about of time I put in (:
