Nothing I haven't done already. I get that you're trying to help, but I LIVED training for like a decade so I've seen just about every type of training there is.

I have the time to dedicate attention to my calves now unlike before since I can't squat or do much of anything for thighs anymore so with some frequency, they should start growing.

Guess I should mention that my step dad has calves like those and he hasn't lifted consistently since he was probably like 22 and I doubt that he really trained calves lol.

It's the knees and ankles. They're what stopped me from training. Pretty badly damaged. Can't squat or do leg extensions or stand still for too long

That sucks. Any timelines on full recovery or is that out of the question?

I know a local beast and he has horrible knees now. He was able to take shots for a while to manage pain until he got cut off.
