this 100% isnt a troll. i'm sorry you feel some type a way about how i look
make another weird video or something i could use some entertainment
i know u know i'm telling the truth you just don't wanna go against what other people think in this sub forum that you've been a part of for a while. things like this will hold you back from achieving goals
edit: skipped gym today my chest still hurts. mostly under arm pit area... is that okay? i ate a south west wrap for breakfast and steak potato and green beans for dinner and of coarse an unhealthy amount of coffee throughout the day. i'm off tomorrow so i'm gonna try to go extra hard at the gym and try to stay for a full hour
Nah man it's not that, there's just hella trolls. I think the majority of people in here are pretty knowledgeable to some degree so they forget what it's like to be completely new to working out.
Genetics are gnarly so I'm sure some people are impressed with your physique without having ever really lifted. My neighbor growing up was shredded and never lifted, just played sports. You skate, right? That's a nearly a full body workout right there + cardio.

There is no such thing. Exercise is supposed to be hard and you're supposed to struggle. You don't get better at something without pushing yourself. Get over it
True, but some people can definitely put less effort in than you or I and achieve the same results. Me personally, I have to work my ass off to notice a change in my physique. I'm no stranger when it comes to hard work. OP clearly has good genes and everything in American society points to instant gratification and instant results. We're conditioned to take short cuts, shit that's why half of these supplement companies are in business; preying on people's insecurities and promising quick, fast and easy results. There's a reason those with dank bodiez outgrow the majority of supplements because they've worked hard and long enough to know there is no substitution for hard work and dedication. You can't hate on someone for not enjoying lifting and looking for an easier route. Not saying you are, it's just inherent of new lifters to seek out short-cuts! I know I did, shit I bought p90x in highschool because I thought I'd be shredded in just 90 days!

"Work smarter not harder" and "keep it simple stupid" are commonly known saying for this very reason.
Just keep at it, small strides will set a foundation for you to build upon. Gotta learn to ollie before you can kick-flip, and kick to varial. Once you start seeing real, definite changes in your physique you'll get hooked and hard work won't even be hard anymore and you'll be sitting there wondering why you don't get DOMS anymore!
