What the fuck.
Can you start breath into your stomach. Looks like you try to fucking vacuum, looks like you have 0 stability in your core.

srs this is pretty fukking bizarre

never seen someone so focused on the little things of a lift. Just fucking move the weight, the bar isnt always going to be perfectly placed on your back. Also, why does it look like you are sucking your stomach in? There is no reason your stomach shouldnt be pushing 'out' / flexed during the entire squat.

lol damn
So you're scared? I don't get it
Worst thing that can happen you will drop the bar on the safety catches

I honestly don't know, I just feel unstable, and my body physically won't let me drop into the hole

yeah, i just noticed that, it feels like i'm pushing everything out (abdominal bracing) but that looks weird AF it seems to only happen to my lower stomach

I'm trying to not focus on any of those small things, I wish I could just go set up and squat every day, but I can't. I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it.

all these people telling you to stop thinking about it so much and just squat is lol

your form is off, even with this warmup weight, likely the reason you injured yourself in the first place and why the mental block is so strong.
your lower back is rounding significantly as soon as you hit parallel and it feels like your abs aren't stabilizing shit, letting your chest fall down on your knees
from this shitty angle i can barely tell whether you're using low bar position, the bar path seems ok - only ok part about your lift, IF that's lowbar

only good advice i read in this thread is to keep the weight below 135 and work on form till its perfect, also stop posting on jsp for advice 95% are clueless broscientists
are those heeled shoes you're wearing? you've either got major flexibility issues or a weak ass core.

still slight groin pain, hurt on 4th rep so i let it go, it's all better now so i can go HAM for deads on wednesday

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzQdaGqUWn4

09/07 36 pullups, 43 hanging leg raises, 55lb 40x reps ez bar curl. no HIIT, foam rolled back + face

I hate when I see people deadlift with their neck up all the time..it makes my neck hurt.

Correct me if I'm wrong people but isn't proper form to deadlift with chin tucked (neutral spine)? That's how my friend who used to compete in powerlifting taught me (he deadlifts over 4 plates currently - chin tucked neutral spine throughout).

Knowing my history with pulled muscles in my traps, I feel like I'd snap some shit up if I DLd with neck up like that ...
