admittedly you have decent arms already but your chest and abs are virtually non-existant haha. most ppl in here have already told you what you need to do... do some resistance training to build up your chest and abs, and probably your back too.
acting like the fact you have mostly average arms and no muscle mass elsewhere is making people scared of you and causing the cops to pull you over is just straight LOL though, come on man. no one cares that much.
HIIT will be useful to lose the last amount of fat to make those abs show up, but first you need to have abs to show off; they work just like any other muscle. You have to work them to show em'. Just because you went from 215 to 160 or whatever doesn't mean you have no more fat to lose...you are clearly at least 15-18% bodyfat right now and to have full 6 pack abs you need to be at least in the 10-12% range and actually have muscle definition, not just a lack of fat. Channel all that anger at previous posters into like an easy 3 day a week chest/abs/back workout and you'll have the abs you want, it doesn't just happen overnight with no effort
