I've never been one to count calories etc, just a general feel the way my body reacts to different things.
So a day In the life of bulking turtol, what would you eat? Just curious
Scoop protein powder
Gym
150g mass gainer 100g maltodextrin
70g cashews
Banana
Apple
Fibre1 bar
200g uncooked brown rice 200g cubed chicken breast
100g uncooked oatmeal 150g frz berries 10g flax seed 20g honey
4eggs half avacado 40g cheddar omelette
Cup of boiled spinach
175g Greek yogurt
250ml chocolate milk
Something like that fill in leftover macros with tuna evoo and rye bread
