I do but it gets annoying because I don't like being praised or flattered, I am motivated by negative attention not positive, specially in the gym.

Interested in a good pre-workout, everytime I take a PW, I get a sick feeling while lifting heavy, light headed kinda and the need to vomit, any reason any1 know of?

Low caffeine tolerance? Idk how often you consume caffeine so that could be part of it. How many different pw's have you tried?

Don't think caffeine is the issue I usually do 2-3 cups of coffee every morning, and weirdly enough I used to take jack3d before they removed the good stuff, and now I've tried like 3-4 diff ones c4 etc and all bad feeling

I think it just depends on the PWO tbh.. 1MR back in the day used to do that to me, same with assault... So I quit taking em.. I started to notice fruit punch flavored ones seemed to really give me a sick feeling too.

Maybe try something like animal rage that comes in capsules?

And I dont see the problem, just let people do their thing. Who cares what they do.

Regardless, I will say that i think its better to just not speak out about it, no matter how long you've been at it for.
Success shows, and it doesn't have to be spoken of. People will notice, and when they do, it just makes you look better because you were humble about it.
